On behalf of the Province of Ontario and the residents of Nepean-Carleton, I would like to extend my best wishes and congratulations for the 154th Metcalfe Fair! As the MPP for Nepean-Carleton, I am proud once again to welcome all participants to another successful year for the Metcalfe Fair - a fair whose heritage predates our country’s confederation. I look forward to meeting with you and other participants at the many booths, rides and events the Metcalfe Fair has to offer. I will once again be hosting my booth at the Metcalfe Fair and I invite you to drop by! I would also like to thank the tireless workers who volunteer with the Metcalfe Agricultural Society, and in particular Ron Stanley, Cheryl Sullivan, and Chris Reaney for all the good work they do for our community - it has not gone unnoticed and I am sure their efforts will be enjoyed by many all through fair week!
