The Metcalfe Agricultural Society's Annual Golf Tournament was organized by Ian Fawcett and held at the brand new Anderson Links Golf Course on Anderson Road near Eighth Line in Gloucester on Saturday, June 21st, 2008. Dispite threatened thunderstorms in the weather forcasts, it turned out to be a bright sunny day, and there were enough teams ready to go for a shotgun start. Following the game, most stayed on to enjoy a great steak dinner. David and his team at Anderson Links went all out to insure that the event was a great success, Thanks to our many generous sponsors, everyone wound up going home with a door prize at the end of a very successful day.
