| The Junior Directors of Metcalfe Fair brought a new event to Metcalfe Fair and Kidzland this year and found themselves with a big hit on their hands. The "Battle of the Bands" competition showcased our local talented bands on Saturday evening in the Kidzland tent. Seven bands competed for the prizes in front of a huge crowd. When the last notes died away, "Jacquie In The Kitchen" took first place, "Payscen" placed second, and one-man-band "Josh" was third. |
