CLaroL - Carol Crooks - is an award-winning clown who has performed in a circus, on stages and in the streets of Canada, the USA, Mexico & Central America. But, she is no clown off the street. CLaroL holds an Hon. degree in Drama & Communications Studies from the University of Windsor. She is also a student of renowned mime Sigfrido Aguilar.
In 2002, CLaroL's shows and workshops became an integral part of the Ontario Science Centre's exhibit, Circus! Her stage show has taken her to North America's oldest amusement park, Lake Compounce (A Kennywood Theme Park, 2000 & 2001), and to Labrador, City Newfoundland! She was a big hit with the citizens of Kidzland on her first visit to Metcalfe Fair in 2005, and she was back again with more fun in 2007. |
