| Friday afternoon featured a Celebrity Cow Milking Competition. Local politicians, media personnel and other celebrities (including Fair President Chris Reaney) tried their hand at milking - the old fashioned way! The event was held to raise awareness for Food Aid, an initiative which raises funds for the purchase of local culled cows for slaughter, with the ground beef donated to the Ottawa Food Bank. |
