| Please note:
Gate admission and membership must be paid by exhibitors in all classes to enter the show; ages 5 and under gate admission is free. All prize money will be mailed to competitors following the fair. Youth classes are age of 18 years or under as of January 1, 2009. Helmets are mandatory for riders 18 years and under. All participants must sign a hold harmless agreement. Agreements for ages 18 years and under must be signed by a parent or guardian. A class will not be run if there are less than 3 entries. There will be no refund to a rider dropping a class. All equipment must be with the animals as this will be the only vehicle allowed on the grounds. All exhibitors must enclose with the entry form a photocopy of insurance, policy number and proof of at least $1 million liability coverage or exhibitor will not be allowed to show. Entries must be received and in the hands of the secretary at the Metcalfe Fair office before 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Gate entries will be charged double entry fee for each class. |
| The following forms are interactive. You can fill them out on your computer and then print the completed form. There is no way to send the electronically since the entry fees must accompany the form. You can't save a filled out form, but you can save a blank form to your computer and fill out later either on your computer or print it and then fill it out by hand. If you need to fill out multiple copies of an entry form, you can. After you have printed a completed form, do not close it. You can edit the parts that need to be changed and keep what doesn't need to be changed (like your name or address), and then print the edited form. The control buttons that appear on the form will not appear on your printed copy of these forms. |
