W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. is a fuel oil and furnace oil company that serves Ottawa, Kemptville, Arnprior & Western Quebec. Stinson Home Comfort Service offers sales service & installation of high efficiency furnaces, high efficiency rental water heaters & air conditioners. Stinson delivers Kendall, Texaco and Valvoline lubricants, grease, hydraulic oil & motor oil, gasoline, diesel, anti-freeze and fuel additives.
William Orville Stinson began selling coal around the Billings Bridge area of Ottawa in 1937. With the introduction of furnace oil in the early 50' s Orville and his son Milton focused their business toward heating oil and heating equipment. They ran their business with personal service and quality products.
Today, W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. is owned and operated by Milton's sons, David and Eric, who are continuing on with the tradition of personal service and quality products. Stinson's head office, as well as both full-service and self-service gas stations, is located on Highway 31 in Gloucester.
Offices and gas bars are also located in Kemptville and Arnprior allowing Stinson's to focus on the petroleum and heating needs of businesses and home owners in the Ottawa, Kemptville, Arnprior and surrounding areas.
To serve the needs of the Pembroke and surrounding area, Stinson's has recently opened an office and a gas station on MacKay Street in Pembroke.
