| The organizing committee would just like to take the time to remind you that our 3rd Annual Shroomfest will be happening again this year. It will take place at the Metcalfe Fair Grounds on Thursday May 1, 2008.
We will be holding our third annual Shroomfest - Men's Night Out in honour of two local businesses, Continental & Carleton Mushroom Inc. Last year's event was a huge success as we raised in excess of $20,000. This event was sponsored in part by Molson's (Extreme Team Girls) etc. and a list of 20 other businesses that supplied a wide variety of door prizes and auction items. We had 585 men attend the event with a full course dinner (AJ`s Catering) and Absolute Comedy providing the entertainment. Tickets are $25.00 each or a table of 8 for $200.00.
